SOCIEDAD AZUCARERA LARIOS PATRIMONIO has a considerable rental real estate portfolio in the cities of Malaga and Madrid. In 2000, El Ingenio shopping centre was inaugurated in the town of Vélez-Malaga as the first theme shopping centre in Spain to be designed by the world’s leading architecture studio in this field. The shopping centre reflects all the flavour of our history and is equipped with state-of-the-art technologies.

Our rental real-estate portfolio focuses on a product of our own design that can be adapted to the needs of clients, as well as their strategic and financial decisions. SOCIEDAD AZUCARERA LARIOS PATRIMONIO currently manages a wide range of rental properties, including office buildings, commercial premises, residential facilities and a shopping centre. The shopping center offer includes120 shops, 1 hypermarket, a 12-screen cinema complex, an 18-lane bowling alley, 2600 parking spaces and a petrol station. Our focus on quality and excellent customer service, as shown by the constant addition of new services, ensures that shoppers and visitors to our facilities have a pleasant, comfortable stay.

Our new projects in Malaga include a 5-star hotel in an 18th-century palace near the Picasso Museum and an exclusive office building in the Teatinos area near the Ciudad de la Justicia.
